Two Bilingual Internships

The Ministry of the Attorney General has two exciting bilingual intern positions this summer, with strong possibility of extension. These positions are open to LAPS graduating students and recent graduates for up to two consecutive year, 2016-2018.

DURATION: 5.5 months (May to October 2018)
HOURS: 36.25 hours per week – Monday to Friday
APPLICATION DEADLINE:  Wednesday April 18, 2018, 4:30pm

ELIGIBILITY: 

  • LA&PS students who are eligible to graduate in June 2018, or
  • LA&PS alumni who graduated between May 2016 and now
  • 6.0 Grade Point Average (B) or better
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Four Indigenous Internships

The Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies has partnered with Ontario Public Service, Ministry of Economic Development and Growth/Ministry of Research Innovation and Science, Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Infrastructure, to offer four exciting intern positions this summer.

DURATION: 6 months Summer – Fall 2018
HOURS: 36.25 hours per week – Monday to Friday
DEADLINE:  Wednesday, April 25, 2018, 4:30pm

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Applicant must identify as an Indigenous person (i.e. First Nations, Métis, Inuit)
  • Restricted to Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, York University Students (Graduation date between 2013-2018)
  • Open to 4th year LA&PS students
  • 6.0 Grade Point Average, B or better
  • You are legally entitled to work in Canada
