Program Description:

This is a joint program which allows students to earn a Seneca diploma in Broadcasting – Television and a York University Bachelor of Arts degree. Learn the visualization techniques, script writing and audio/video production skills necessary to create and produce effective television programming.

Diploma in Broadcasting – Television (Seneca College) - Diploma Requirements

This is a joint program which allows students to earn a Seneca diploma in Broadcasting – Television and a York University Bachelor of Arts degree.

The television broadcasting program offers pre-professional training in television production skills. It gives students a high degree of competency that will prepare them to begin careers within the broadcast industry. Students gain fundamental skills in visualization, scriptwriting and audio/video production, enabling them to create and produce effective television programming. This program is recommended for students interested in television production within television stations, production companies and post-production companies.

Students must have completed two years of a BA program or three years of an honours BA program at York University.
